12 DOOR OPENING STRATEGIES ON ONE SHEET OF PAPER. HOW FAX IMPROVES LEAD GENERATION RESULTS 20% COST-EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

Fax can help high-level salespeople sell big-ticket items faster and reduce the cost of sale.

Not just any fax, but weird looking "What the _______ is this?" type faxes. I first used fax in 1996 to gain access to CEO's of 100,000,000+ million dollar companies. It works.

Over the years I have learned how to incorporate 12 strategies on one 8 ½ x 11 fax page that helps generate leads, set an appointment, improve prospecting results 20% and significantly reduce cost per inquiry/cost per meeting.

Let me share them with you.

1. BIG BOLD HEADLINE: The top of the fax should have nothing but an attention getting benefit oriented headline. Nothing about you. All about your suspect.

2. COMPANY LOGO: If you have one on the sheet at all, you put the logo on the bottom of the sheet. Theory is that as soon as they see your logo they jump to a conclusion of worthlessness and trash you. If only the benefit rich knock them off their socks headline is at the top - that is what they will absorb.

3. SOFT OFFER: Send me some info. Doesn't mean we will actually send it, but you want to make it easy for people to raise their hands.

4. HARD OFFER: Offer a CD, report or something of high perceived value to your suspect. Give them a good reason to identify themselves to you.

5. CALL ME OPTION: Enable those who are red hot to tell you that.

6. EMAIL OPTION: An absolute must. Part of your Plan B strategy. Must be sequenced email - not blast email. 

7. LINK TO WEBSITE PAGE: Not your homepage. A special landing page designed to collect their name and contact info.

8. WORTH INFO: Will they buy a little or a lot? Widgets or wadgets? Now or in 6 months? Make it easy for them to tell you.

9. WHAT I WANT: Give them the opportunity to communicate their biggest need.

10. AUTOMATICALLY PRE-PRINTED CONTACT INFO: Their name, title, mailing address and contact info is already on the fax. They fill in nothing.

11. WINDOW ENVELOPE COMPATABLE: When you want to mail, the printed
contact info shows through a self-seal window envelope, so all you do is fold, stuff and seal. Now you have an additional touch with little effort.

12. FAX NUMBER ON BOTTOM: Stupid simple but important. Their fax number is automatically printed on the fax so you don't have to write it down or look it up. Big time saver.
