| We will create a step by step program which targets your time and resources into the most productive strategies for your business. Everyone's plan, of course, is different. There are a lot of choices. What is best for you will depend upon your goals, your resources and your market realities. I will work with you personally by using the phone, fax, mail and e-mail. This time is devoted to an analysis of your sales/marketing issues, evaluation of your options and opportunities; and implementation of actions with a reasonable chance of reaching your pre-determined, worthwhile goals. I will help you to identify a minimum of 5 - 10 actions you can take that are realistic and appropriate for your business and personal goals...and likely to improve your finances. If a simple lack of information and guidance is holding you back from enjoying the full economic benefit of all your knowledge and skills - these programs will help you. Very soon you can be identifying qualified prospects; Communicating useful information to them; Building relationships; Testing options; Tracking and measuring results; Then making changes based upon hard data...In short--managing a sales/marketing program which generates a predictable multiple of the money invested in it.
